Delivery Policy

The courier will attempt to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Please note that the order will also be automatically canceled if there is an error in the mobile number provided.

Please ensure that you can be reached and are able to receive your order during these attempts. Any delay, change of address, or failure to receive the order will be counted as a delivery attempt.

Please note that you are permitted to open the package in the presence of the delivery driver. If you wish to exchange any product, please collect your order and then contact us via our Instagram account, or email us at andmoreeg@gmail.com.
