Refund and exchange policy
Delivery Policy:
The courier will attempt to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Please note that the order will also be automatically canceled if there is an error in the mobile number provided. Please ensure that you can be reached and receive your order during these attempts. Any delay, change of address, or failure to receive the order will be counted as a delivery attempt.
Please note that you are permitted to open the package in the presence of the delivery driver. If you wish to exchange any product, please collect your order and then contact us via our Instagram account or email us at andmoreeg@gmail.com
Exchanges:
• you have all the right to exchange your items for another shape or color. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so we can be able to reserve your new exchange before item run out of stock.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the tag intact.
• Please note that for each exchange you will be charged delivery fees.
• Contact us through our Instagram page and once your exchange request is confirmed, the courier will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We provide you the flexible policy of sending multiple items for inspection and trying in the presence of the courier, and you can return any unsuitable products with them unless there is an issue from our side. And you notice it after the courier leaves, you must inform us and We are obligated to provide the exact product requested without any defaults and won’t pay the shipping fees for the exchange.
