Welcome to ANDMORE. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. ANDMORE is an online retailer of 100% authentic luxury designer eyewear, including prescription optical frames and sunglasses, based in Obour City, Cairo, Egypt, and shipping across all of Egypt. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes take effect once published on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Product Authenticity & Accuracy of Listings
ANDMORE carries eyewear from more than twenty luxury houses, including Gucci, Prada, Ray-Ban, Cartier, Christian Dior, Chanel, Versace, Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Valentino, Bvlgari, Loewe, Tiffany & Co, Off-White, and Gentle Monster. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
We make every reasonable effort to display product details, descriptions, colours, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography, and such minor differences do not constitute a defect. Where a listing contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it.
3. Prices & Availability
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP / LE) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown separately and added at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. While we work to keep our catalogue current, listed items may sell out. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or to cancel that item.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the affected order and to inform you accordingly before dispatch.
4. How Orders Are Placed & Accepted
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions. We may contact you by phone or email to verify your order details before processing. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where order details cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
5. Payment — Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. The full order total, including shipping fees, is payable in cash in Egyptian Pounds to the courier at the time your order is delivered. Please ensure the exact amount is available upon delivery, as our couriers may not carry change for large denominations.
If payment cannot be collected at the point of delivery, the order may be returned to us and treated as undelivered.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across all governorates of Egypt. Shipping is charged at a flat rate determined by your governorate zone, ranging from 75 EGP to 110 EGP. Zone 1 (Cairo and Giza) is the fastest at 75 LE, while remote zones may reach 110 LE. The exact shipping fee applicable to your address is calculated and shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery is generally 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your zone. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier schedules and public holidays.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund & Exchange Policy, which sets out the applicable conditions, timeframes, and procedures. Please review that policy before requesting a return or exchange.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including your rights in respect of products that are defective or not as described. Where any conflict arises, your statutory rights and the Refund & Exchange Policy prevail.
8. Intellectual Property
All brand names, trademarks, logos, and designer marks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the genuine products we offer. Their appearance on our site does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the sale of authentic merchandise.
All other content on this website — including the ANDMORE name, our site design, text, layout, original photography, and graphics — is the property of ANDMORE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ANDMORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the products purchased in that order. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.

We handle your personal information in accordance with applicable Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020. We collect and use the information you provide solely to process and deliver your orders and to communicate with you regarding your purchases.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
